Spreading Love to Can Tho – Continuing the Bridge of Kindness
On October 13, 2024, Vietnam Import Export Trading Joint Stock Company continued its journey of giving back through the inauguration of two charity bridges – Hung Loc (Tue Tam 421) and Phat Loc (Tue Tam 422) – in Trung An Commune, Co Do District, Can Tho City.
These meaningful gifts aim to bring safer and more convenient travel conditions for local residents in the Mekong Delta.
A Gift of Connection and Care
The two bridges were built with a total budget of VND 435 million, of which VND 155 million was contributed by local residents, and the remaining amount fully funded by our company.
In addition to financial support, we also donated solar-powered lights to illuminate the bridges at night, making travel easier and safer for the community.

Ms. Anna Thuoc, the company’s representative, personally visited the site to hand over the completed bridges to the community – a heartfelt gesture that once again reflects our deep commitment to charitable work.
A Boundless Journey of Compassion
Alongside the bridge inauguration, we collaborated with charitable partners to donate 378 gift packages worth nearly VND 98 million to underprivileged families and students in need.
These gifts not only provide material support but also carry a message of encouragement – giving people strength to overcome life’s challenges.
Previously, our company has carried out many philanthropic initiatives across Vietnam: from supporting natural disaster victims and building schools in remote areas, to offering scholarships to disadvantaged students.
Our journey of kindness continues to expand, reaching the most difficult and remote regions – bringing hope and happiness to those who need it most.
