- DESCRIPTION: The Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway is 40.2 km long (11.63 km passing through Tuyen Quang and 28.57 km passing through Phu Tho). The project begins in Tuyen Quang City and ends at the IC9 interchange of the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway (located in Phu Tho Province).
According to the plan, this project is an important link in the expressway corridor from Hanoi through Tuyen Quang to the border province of Ha Giang. The expressway is designed with 4 lanes and a speed limit of 80 km/h. The total investment for the project is VND 3,753 billion. Construction started in 2021, and the project is managed by the Tuyen Quang Transport Construction Investment Project Management Board.
Tuyen Quang – Phu Tho Expressway

- DESCRIPTION: Located on Độc Lập Street, the National Assembly Building is the workplace of the National Assembly of Vietnam. It was built on the site of the old National Assembly Building, next to Ba Đình Square and the Thăng Long Imperial Citadel historical site.
The National Assembly House is also where celebrations of important national days are held, where high-ranking international guests of the Party and State are received, and it serves the needs of the people nationwide and international visitors for sightseeing and cultural enjoyment. With its political and ideological values, the building is considered a symbol of a Vietnam that loves freedom and peace and is ready to cooperate with international friends.
The National Assembly Building is a monumental architectural work that is not only politically significant but also has great ideological and cultural meaning, becoming a symbol of the people nationwide.
The National Assembly Building is 39 meters high with a square architectural style, consisting of 5 above-ground floors and 2 basements. The total area of the building is 60,000 m2, with more than 80 meeting rooms of various sizes and other functional rooms. Among them, the main meeting hall of the National Assembly is the Diên Hồng Hall, located in the center of the building. Its basic shape is circular, with two levels (the first level has 575 seats for delegates, and the second level at the back has 390 seats for guests and observers).

- DESCRIPTION: Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 - The Crown Dai An, also known as Vinhomes Dai An Urban Area, is the third coastal urban area developed by Vinhomes in the eastern region of Hanoi. This project is the third phase of the 1,200-hectare super coastal urban complex, Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 - The Crown Dai An, benefiting from all the advantages of the area's transportation, technical infrastructure, and planning.
Vinhomes Dai An spans 293.96 hectares with an investment of approximately 1.4 billion USD. It offers a diverse range of housing types, including apartments, villas, townhouses, and shophouses, accommodating a population of about 42,000 people. The Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 - The Crown Dai An project is the final piece of the 1,200-hectare coastal urban complex by Vinhomes, which includes Vinhomes Ocean Park Gia Lam, Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 - The Empire, and Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 - The Crown (Vinhomes Dai An).
The project has direct access to the 60-meter wide Ring Road 3.5, with two sides adjacent to National Highway 5A and Expressway 5B. Additionally, a direct connection road from within the project to Expressway 5B has been completed, facilitating quick and easy travel from Vinhomes Dai An to Hanoi and neighboring areas.

- DESCRIPTION: The Hanh Phuc Hospital project is located in Phuong Canh Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi. It features a "Hospital Without Walls" model, incorporating modern technology to provide customers with a diverse range of medical service packages. Specifically, the project includes three main components: a network of satellite clinics, a smart hospital, and a telemedicine system that connects home care teams.
The Hanh Phuc Hospital project is constructed on a land area of 31,361 square meters, which includes 9,410 square meters for building construction, 9,730 square meters for green spaces and water surfaces, and 12,221 square meters for internal traffic. The total floor area is 71,470 square meters (with 19,671 square meters of basement area and 51,799 square meters of above-ground floors). Hanh Phuc Hospital has a capacity of 300 beds, comprising 8 above-ground floors, a rooftop technical floor, and 1 basement floor.
The facility is equipped with a complete and modern infrastructure system that meets the current regulations and needs, including communication systems, security, fire protection systems, a substation, a pump station, a wastewater treatment plant, and a medical gas station.

- DESCRIPTION: The Viet Tri Bridge project is one of the key projects of Phu Tho Province. The construction of the new Viet Tri Bridge will meet the seamless transportation needs on National Highway 2 from Vinh Phuc Province to Phu Tho Province, creating favorable conditions for economic, cultural, and social development, and ensuring national defense and security for Phu Tho Province and the northern provinces. It will also provide the infrastructure necessary for Viet Tri City to become a first-class city by 2015 and help reduce congestion and traffic accidents in the area.
The project to build the new Viet Tri Bridge and its approach roads across the Lo River, upon completion, will ensure seamless transportation on National Highway 2 from Vinh Phuc Province to Phu Tho Province, facilitating economic, cultural, and social development, and ensuring national defense and security for Phu Tho Province and the northwestern provinces. It will also provide the infrastructure necessary for Viet Tri City to become a first-class city by 2015. The project will help reduce congestion and traffic accidents on the current Viet Tri Bridge, serving both local residents and overseas visitors who annually visit and pay tribute to the Hung Kings at the Hung Kings Temple National Special Historic Site.

- DESCRIPTION: The bridge over the Day River connects the two provinces of Nam Dinh and Ninh Binh and is part of the Ninh Binh - Nam Dinh - Thai Binh - Hai Phong expressway. The main route has a total length of approximately 2 km, accommodates 4 lanes, and has a design speed of 100 km/h. The project has a total investment of nearly VND 1,500 billion.
When operational, the Đáy River bridge, part of the Ninh Binh - Nam Dinh - Thai Binh - Hai Phong expressway, will aim to connect important transportation routes in Ninh Binh and Nam Dinh provinces. It will gradually complete the Ninh Bình - Hai Phong expressway, enhance regional and inter-regional connectivity in the Red River Delta area, reduce the load on the existing transportation system, shorten the distance and travel time for commuters, and create a driving force for socio-economic development.

- DESCRIPTION: The highway has a total length of 165 km, with 77 km passing through Tuyên Quang and 88 km passing through Ha Giang. The project starts at Nhu Khe Commune, Yen Son District, Tuyen Quang Province, and ends at Tan Quang Commune, Bac Quang District, Ha Giang Province, for phase 1.
The completion of the Tuyen Quang – Ha Giang expressway project will create an economic development corridor from the center of Hanoi through the Noi Bai – Lao Cai expressway, the Tuyen Quang – Phu Tho expressway, to Ha Giang. This will meet the increasing demands for travel and freight transport. At the same time, it will resolve traffic bottlenecks and improve regional and inter-regional connectivity between Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang.
